Crack Chicken Soup
A creamy and cozy "crack chicken" soup, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
- onion
- carrots
- celery
- garlic
- chicken broth
- ranch seasoning mix
- cream of chicken soup
- plain cream cheese
- whole milk
- seasonings of choice
- salt
- pepper
- chicken
- cheddar cheese
- thin spaghetti

In a large pot or Dutch oven, sauté the chopped onion, shredded carrots, minced garlic, and chopped celery until softened.

Pour in 48 oz of chicken broth.

Add the ranch seasoning packet.

Add one can of cream of chicken soup.

Add 3/4 cup of cream cheese.

Pour in 1 cup of whole milk and stir until everything is combined and smooth.

Season to your liking with additional seasonings, salt, and pepper.

Bring the soup to a boil.

Reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes.

Add the cooked, shredded chicken.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.

Add the thin spaghetti to the pot, breaking it if necessary to fit.
