Ingredients
- 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
- 0.5 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.25 teaspoon pepper, black
- 1 pinch salt
- 0.5 cup barbecue sauce
- 4 count slider buns
- 1 cup coleslaw, prepared
- 16 count pickle slices
- 1 serving sweet potato fries, cooked
Method
- 1
Place the pork tenderloin into a large zip-top bag.
- 2
Add balsamic vinaigrette, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, honey, olive oil, Dijon mustard, pepper, and a pinch of salt to the bag.
- 3
Squeeze as much air out of the bag as possible, seal it, and massage the marinade into the pork until well-mixed. Marinate in the fridge, preferably overnight, or for at least a few hours.
- 4
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- 5
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the marinated pork tenderloin in the basket, letting any excess marinade drip off.
- 6
Air fry for 20 minutes.
- 7
Remove the cooked pork from the air fryer and let it rest on a cutting board.
- 8
Brush the pork tenderloin all over with barbecue sauce.
- 9
Return the glazed pork to the air fryer and cook for 1 more minute at 400°F (200°C) to caramelize the sauce.
- 10
Remove the pork from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- 11
To assemble the sliders, spread a layer of barbecue sauce on the bottom buns.
- 12
Add a few slices of pork tenderloin, followed by a spoonful of coleslaw and a few pickle slices. Place the top bun on and serve immediately with sweet potato fries.
