Chocolate covered strawberries
Here's a clearer recipe. I've just drawn a lot of instructions from different recipes.

Ingredients
- Fresh strawberries (the least ripe, the better!)
- 1 tbl Crisco
- 10 oz bag of chocolate chips of your choice
- Toppings (sea salt, crushed nuts, chocolate drizzle, etc.)
Method
- 1
Wash and completely dry strawberries.
- 2
It's better to wash them early and let them air dry.
- 3
Line parchment paper on cookie sheet.
- 4
Melt chocolate and crisco in microwave with 20 second intervals for stirring.
- 5
Chocolate is very easy to over cook so keep a good eye on it.
- 6
Use a tooth pick or the stem and rotate the strawberry in the chocolate.
- 7
Let the chocolate drip for a few seconds and place the strawberry on the parchment paper to harden.
- 8
Place your toppings on the berries shortly after dipping them.
- 9
Refrigerate to quickly harden.
