  • Cucumber
  • Red onion
  • Tofu
  • Edamame
  • Carrot
  • Spring onions
  • Avocado
  • Cream cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sriracha
  • Soy sauce
  • Chili oil
  • Sesame seeds

Method

    Using a mandoline slicer, thinly slice the cucumber directly into a large glass jar or container.

    Thinly slice the red onion using the mandoline, then add it to the jar on top of the cucumbers.

    Add the cooked tofu to the jar.

    Add the shelled edamame beans.

    Shred the carrot directly into the jar using a julienne peeler.

    Add chopped spring onions.
