Method
- 1
In a bowl, combine the oat flour, baking powder, natural sweetener, cinnamon, and a dash of salt.
- 2
Add the vanilla extract, vanilla yogurt, and one egg to the dry ingredients.
- 3
Mix all ingredients together until a thick batter forms.
- 4
Lightly grease four ramekins and evenly distribute the batter among them.
- 5
Bake at 1800C (3500F) for 16-22 minutes.
- 6
After baking, let the donuts rest in the ramekins for 10 minutes before removing them.

Once cooled, use a knife to poke a hole through the side of each donut to create space for the filling.
- 8
To make the vanilla custard filling, mix 40g of vanilla custard powder with 100-120ml of water until smooth and thick.
- 9
Transfer the custard to a piping bag and evenly fill each donut through the hole made earlier.
- 10
To prepare the chocolate topping, mix 30g of chocolate protein powder, 5g of cocoa powder, and 120ml of skim milk in a bowl until you have a smooth, glossy sauce.
- 11
Dip the top of each filled donut into the chocolate sauce.
- 12
Serve and enjoy.
