Ingredients

For the brownies

  • 1 box brownie mix (or your favorite homemade recipe)
  • Eggs, oil, water per box instructions

For the layers

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding (instant or homemade)
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Method

    Bake brownies according to package directions. Let cool completely, then cut into small cubes.

    Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

    In small glasses or mason jars, layer: brownie cubes, chocolate pudding, whipped cream, crushed Oreos.
