Ingredients

  • Graham crackers
  • all-purpose flour
  • graham cracker crumbs
  • cornstarch
  • baking powder
  • baking soda
  • salt
  • butter
  • granulated sugar
  • brown sugar
  • almond extract
  • vanilla extract
  • eggs

Method

    Start by crushing graham crackers into crumbs using a rolling pin or other heavy object.

    In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

    Whisk all the dry ingredients together until well combined.

    In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine 2 sticks of butter, granulated sugar, and packed brown sugar.

    Beat the butter and sugars together until the mixture is creamed.

    Add the almond extract and vanilla extract.
