Snickers Cheesecake
Each bite gives you creamy cheesecake, gooey caramel, crunchy peanuts, and that chocolate drizzle heaven.
Ingredients
- graham cracker crumbs
- granulated sugar
- unsalted butter
- cream cheese
- granulated sugar
- sour cream
- eggs
- vanilla extract
- caramel sauce
- Snickers bars
- caramel sauce
- chocolate ganache
- roasted peanuts

Method

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a bowl. Stir in melted butter until evenly combined.

Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Bake for 8–10 minutes, then set aside to cool.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add sour cream and vanilla; mix until combined.

Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just incorporated (don’t overmix).

Fold in caramel sauce and chopped Snickers pieces.

Pour filling over cooled crust.

Place the springform pan in a larger pan filled with about 1 inch of hot water (water bath).

Bake for 60–70 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center jiggles slightly.

Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let it cool inside for 1 hour.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Once the cheesecake is chilled, drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate over the top.

Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and Snickers pieces.
