  • Roasted Corn
  • Red Onion
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Jalapeño
  • Shredded Chicken
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Chipotle Mayo
  • Onion Powder
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Tajín
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Parmesan Cheese

Method

    Begin by slicing the cucumber. The video shows using a mandoline slicer to create thin, round slices directly into a large container.
