Method

    Add the corn kernels, cornstarch, and milk to a food processor or blender.

    Blend until the mixture is pureed but still has some texture.

    In a non-stick pan, sauté one chopped onion in oil until translucent.

    Pour the blended corn mixture into the pan with the onions.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens into a thick paste.

    Remove from heat, add the egg and a teaspoon of salt, and stir vigorously to combine. Set aside.

    In a separate pan, sauté the other chopped onion in oil until softened.

    Add the chopped tomato and cook for another minute.

    Add the cubed beef to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.

    Season the beef with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

    Stir in the sliced green olives and chopped green onions.

    Mix everything together well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

    Spread half of the prepared corn mixture evenly on the bottom of a rectangular baking dish.

    Pour the entire beef filling over the corn layer and spread it out evenly.

    Top the beef with the remaining corn mixture, spreading it smoothly to cover the filling completely.

    The dish is ready to serve. You can serve it immediately warm.
