Cheeseburger Crunch Wrap

A delicious crunch wrap filled with cheeseburger ingredients.

Ingredients

  • flour tortilla

  • ground beef patty
  • yellow mustard
  • salt
  • burger sauce
  • American cheese
  • bacon
  • caramelized onions
  • french fries
  • pickles
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes
  • tortilla chips

Method

    Place a ball of ground beef onto a piece of parchment paper. Put it into a hot, oiled cast iron skillet and press down with the parchment paper to form a thin patty. Remove the parchment paper.

    Spread yellow mustard over the raw side of the patty and season with salt.

    Cook the patty on one side, then flip it to cook the other side. Once cooked, remove it from the skillet.

    Lay a large flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spread burger sauce in the center.

    Place the cooked beef patty on top of the sauce.

    Layer two slices of American cheese on the patty.

    Add two strips of cooked bacon on top of the cheese.

    Top with caramelized onions.

    Arrange french fries over the onions.

    Place pickle slices on top of the fries.

    Add shredded lettuce, followed by diced tomatoes.

    Place tortilla chips on top of the tomatoes.

    Cover the fillings with a small flour tortilla.

    Fold the edges of the large tortilla over the small tortilla, creating a hexagonal shape.

    Place the wrap, seam-side down, into a hot skillet.

    Grill on each side until golden brown and crispy.

    Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve.
