Cheesy Chicken and Rice
A simple and delicious cheesy chicken and rice dish cooked in a Crockpot, perfect for an easy dinner.
Ingredients

- garlic powder
- paprika
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- whole kernel corn
- cream-style corn
- diced green chilies
- Zatarain's Yellow Rice
- Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
- sharp cheddar cheese
- butter

Remove the lid from the Crockpot.

Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika into the Crockpot.

Add 1.5 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts to the Crockpot.

In a separate bowl, add one can of undrained whole kernel corn.

Add one can of cream-style corn to the bowl.

Add one can of undrained diced green chilies to the bowl.

Pour in one 6.9 oz box of Zatarain's Yellow Rice.

Add one can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup to the bowl.

Add 8 ounces of shredded sharp cheddar cheese to the bowl.

Stir all ingredients in the bowl together until well combined.

Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts in the Crockpot.

Place half a stick of butter on top of the mixture in the Crockpot.

Cover the Crockpot with its lid.

Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
