Cheesy Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts
  • Chicken bouillon powder
  • All-purpose seasoning blend
  • Olive oil
  • Red bell pepper
  • Green bell pepper
  • Red onion
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Water
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Paprika
  • Onion powder
  • Adobo seasoning
  • Flour tortillas

Method

    Place the chicken breasts in a pot of water.

    Season the water generously with chicken bouillon powder and an all-purpose seasoning blend.

    Bring to a boil and cook until the chicken is fully cooked through.

    Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pot and place it on a cutting board.

    Use two forks to shred the chicken into fine pieces. Set aside.

    Slice the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion into thin strips.

    Chop the cilantro.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
