Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cabbage, finely diced
- 1/4 cup finely diced carrots
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Method

Finely dice the cabbage and carrots. Place in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar, and lemon juice until smooth.

Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots. Toss to coat evenly.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).

Stir before serving. Keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days.
