Cowboy Butter Steak Pasta

Ingredients
- steak
- steak seasoning
- butter
- shallot
- garlic
- paprika
- red pepper flakes
- dried thyme
- Dijon mustard
- heavy cream
- fresh parsley
- fresh chives
- lemon zest
- lemon juice
- Parmesan cheese
- rigatoni pasta
Method

Season steak on both sides. Sear the steak in a hot pan until cooked to your desired doneness.

Add a pat of butter to the pan and baste the steak.

Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest.

In the same pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the diced shallots and sauté until softened.

Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Stir in the paprika, red pepper flakes, and dried thyme.

Add the Dijon mustard and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
