Flavorful Meat Patties

Ingredients

- Egg
- Butter

- Diced red bell pepper

Method

Place the minced meat in a large, sturdy plastic bag. Pour in hot water.

Knead the meat and water together inside the bag.

Make an indentation in the center of the meat. Use a potato masher to further break up and mix the meat inside the bag.

Add the eggs, butter, grated onion, minced garlic, diced red bell pepper, grated potatoes, grated carrot, chopped parsley, and grated cheddar cheese to the bag.

Place the block of cream cheese on top of the other ingredients and sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Seal the bag and thoroughly mix all the ingredients together by kneading the bag.

Empty the meat mixture onto a cutting board and spread it into a large, even rectangle.

Use a round mold (like an empty cream cheese container) to cut out circular patties from the meat mixture.

Place the patties on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Use the back of a spoon to make several indentations on the top of each patty.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour until cooked through and golden brown.
