Garlic Parmesan Steak Pasta
This recipe is the perfect weeknight dinner ready in less than 30 minutes and packed full of delicious flavours!! I absolutely love this dish and you have to try it ππ Such a great, easy dinner and perfect for date nights!
Ingredients
- steak
- oil
- butter
- onion
- garlic
- chicken broth
- heavy cream
- salt
- black pepper
- Parmesan cheese
- fresh parsley
- rigatoni pasta
Method

Season a steak and place it in a hot, oiled pan.

Sear the steak on one side, then flip it.

Add a knob of butter to the pan and baste the steak.

Once cooked to your liking, remove the steak from the pan and set it aside to rest.

In the same pan, melt more butter.

Add diced onion to the pan and sautΓ© until softened and caramelized.

Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, for about 1 minute.

Deglaze the pan by pouring in chicken broth.

Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.

Season the sauce with salt and black pepper.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.

Add chopped fresh parsley to the sauce.

Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat everything in the sauce.

Slice the rested steak against the grain.

Serve the pasta in bowls, topping it with the sliced steak.
