Method

    Place 2 lbs of chicken breast into a large bowl.

    Season generously with pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

    Mix with your hands until the chicken is heavily coated.

    Place the seasoned chicken breasts in an air fryer.

    Cook at 300°F (150°C) for 35 minutes.

    While the chicken is cooking, finely chop one entire pack of beef bacon.

    Place the chopped bacon into a large skillet or electric pan and start cooking.

    Add 400g of diced bell peppers to the pan with the bacon.

    Flatten the mixture out and let it cook until the bacon is crispy and the peppers are tender.

    In a separate bowl, combine 300g of plain Greek yogurt, 60g of honey, 40g of Dijon mustard, 20g of optional yellow mustard, 8g of garlic powder, 2g of black pepper, and 1g of salt.

    Stir until the sauce is smooth and well combined.

    Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and place it on a cutting board.

    Shred the chicken using a meat chopper or two forks.

    Add the shredded chicken to the skillet with the cooked bacon and peppers.

    Pour in the entire bag of Mexican four-cheese blend.

    Add the honey mustard sauce to the skillet.

    Mix everything together until all ingredients are fully combined and the cheese is melted.

    Lay out 16 extreme wellness wraps.

    Disperse the filling mixture evenly among all the wraps.
