Hot Honey Chicken Bowl
A delicious and easy-to-make Hot Honey Chicken Bowl with tender chicken, colorful bell peppers, and a sweet and spicy sauce, served over white rice.

Method

Add cooking oil and diced chicken thigh to a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Season the chicken with paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.

Cook the chicken, stirring occasionally, until it's cooked through and lightly browned.

Push the chicken to the sides of the pan, creating a well in the center. Add the butter, honey, chili flakes, and sesame seeds to the well.

Stir everything together until the butter melts and the sauce coats the chicken, becoming nice and sticky.

Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.

In the same pan, add the sliced red onion, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and green bell pepper.

Season the vegetables with a little more paprika and stir-fry.

Cook until the vegetables have softened, then add sweet chili sauce and fresh lime juice. Stir to combine.

Remove the vegetables from the heat.

To serve, place a mound of rice in a bowl. Add the hot honey chicken and a side of the fried peppers and onions. Drizzle with any remaining sauce from the pan and sprinkle with extra sesame seeds.
