    Slice the whole cauliflower into thick "steaks." It's okay if they break.

    Add salt, 1 tablespoon sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 0.5 teaspoon caraway seeds, and 0.5 teaspoon black pepper to the oil.

    Arrange the sliced Roma tomatoes, red pepper, lemon slices, jalapeños, and garlic in the pan.
