Method

    Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.

    Add olive oil, Greek yogurt, grated garlic, and lemon zest to the chicken.

    Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, white pepper, Peruvian seasoning, cayenne, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
