One-Pan Pasta Bake
On busy evenings try this creamy, delicious one-pan pasta bake! Packed with chicken, bacon, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes, it’s a quick and easy dinner idea that’s done in under an hour!
Ingredients
- Penne Pasta
- Onion
- Sun-dried tomatoes with herbs
- Spinach
- Cooked Chicken
- Cooked Bacon
- Chicken broth
- Cream cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Cajun Creole seasoning
- Oregano
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Smoked paprika
- Ground black pepper
Method

Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).

Add the uncooked pasta to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Top the pasta with diced onions.

Add the entire jar of sun-dried tomatoes, including the oil, to the dish.

Layer a few handfuls of fresh spinach on top.

Add the cooked, shredded chicken.

Season the ingredients in the dish with Cajun seasoning, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.

Pour in enough chicken broth to completely cover the pasta.
