Ingredients

  • Penne Pasta
  • Onion
  • Sun-dried tomatoes with herbs
  • Spinach
  • Cooked Chicken
  • Cooked Bacon
  • Chicken broth
  • Cream cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cajun Creole seasoning
  • Oregano
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • Ground black pepper

Method

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).

  2. 2

Add the uncooked pasta to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

  3. 3

Top the pasta with diced onions.

  4. 4

Add the entire jar of sun-dried tomatoes, including the oil, to the dish.

  5. 5

Layer a few handfuls of fresh spinach on top.

  6. 6

    Add the cooked, shredded chicken.

  7. 7

Season the ingredients in the dish with Cajun seasoning, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.

  8. 8

Pour in enough chicken broth to completely cover the pasta.

  9. 9

    Add the cooked, crumbled bacon.

  10. 10

Place the block of cream cheese in the center of the dish.

  11. 11

    Bake for 30 minutes at 425°F (218°C).

  13. 13

  14. 14

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

  15. 15

Return the dish to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  16. 16

Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy
