Peruvian gastronomy
Peruvian gastronomy — a simple, save-worthy recipe.

Ingredients
- \- 7 yellow chili peppers, without seeds or veins.
- \- 0.661 lb of ricotta cheese.
- \- oil (I prefer olive but youcan use sunflower oil).
- \- 2/3 cup of milk.
- \- 1 chopped small onion.
- \- 1 ground garlic clove.
- \- Salt.
- \- Pepper.
Method
- 1
Put the chili peppers cut into pieces in the blender. Blend with milk.
- 2
Sauté onion in oil until cooked, add garlic and mix.
- 3
Pour the onion into the blender along with the fresh cheese cut into pieces. Liquefy.
- 4
Add oil until you get a creamy sauce.
- 5
Making this sauce will be similar to the preparation of the homemade mayonnaise, at the beginning you can go wrong because it may be difficult to get the creamy texture of the recipe. However, with some training you will find your own way and achieve a great sauce.
- 6
You can cook this sauce with french fries, cooked potatoes, rice, any kind of pasta, grilled/fried beef or chicken, and so on.
- 7
Edit: theres some ornamental olives arround the dish. And the black sauce you can see covering the steak is a mix of barbecue sauce and soy sauce.
