Method

  1. 1

On a cutting board, chop the pork ribs into small, individual pieces.

  2. 2

Place the chopped ribs into a large glass bowl. Season with salt, 1 teaspoon of paprika, black pepper, and 4 cloves of minced garlic. Mix well to combine.

  3. 3

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the seasoned ribs.

  4. 4

Add 3 tablespoons of corn starch to the bowl and mix thoroughly until all the ribs are evenly coated.

  5. 5

Heat a generous amount of oil in a large pan for deep-frying. Carefully add the coated pork ribs to the hot oil.

  6. 6

Fry the ribs until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides. Once cooked, remove them from the oil and set them aside.

  7. 7

In a separate large pan or wok, heat a small amount of oil.

  8. 8

Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  9. 9

Add 3 eggs to the pan and scramble them.

  10. 10

Add sliced onion, chopped green beans, julienned carrots, sliced bell peppers, and shredded cabbage to the pan with the scrambled eggs. Sauté the vegetables until they are slightly tender.

  11. 11

Add 3 cups of cooked rice to the pan with the vegetables.

  12. 12

Season the rice with 1 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of sugar, and 6 tablespoons of soy sauce. Stir everything together until the rice and vegetables are well-mixed and evenly colored by the soy sauce.

  13. 13

Add the crispy fried pork ribs to the fried rice.

  14. 14

Gently toss everything together to combine.

  15. 15

Serve the pork rib fried rice hot and enjoy.
