    Slice the courgette into thin rounds.

    Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

    Add the sliced courgette to the pan.

    Season the courgettes with Italian spices, salt, and pepper.

    Sauté the courgettes until slightly softened, stirring occasionally.

    Dice the salmon fillets into small cubes.

    Crack 3 eggs into a bowl.

    Add 200 ml of liquid cream to the eggs.

    Season the egg mixture with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and Italian spices.
