Cut the salmon fillet into 1-inch cubes and place them in a bowl.

Drizzle the salmon with olive oil.

Sprinkle a packet of taco seasoning over the salmon.

Use your hands to toss the salmon cubes, ensuring they are evenly coated with the oil and seasoning.
