Ingredients

  • turkey wings
  • olive oil
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • Cajun Creole seasoning
  • black pepper
  • smoked paprika
  • mixed bell peppers
  • onion
  • chicken broth
  • Better Than Bouillon, Roasted Chicken Base
  • Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
  • Lipton Recipe Secrets Golden Onion Soup & Dip Mix

Method

  1. 1

Place the raw turkey wings in a large baking dish.

  2. 2

Drizzle the turkey wings with olive oil.

  3. 3

Season the wings generously on both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Make sure to flip the wings and season the other side as well.

  4. 4

Sprinkle the diced mixed bell peppers and onions over the seasoned turkey wings.

  5. 5

In a separate bowl, pour in the chicken broth and add the Better Than Bouillon paste.

  6. 6

Whisk the broth and bouillon together until the paste is fully dissolved.

  7. 7

Pour the broth mixture into the baking dish, pouring it down the side so as not to wash the seasoning off the wings.

  8. 8

In another bowl, combine the can of cream of chicken soup and the packet of golden onion soup mix.

  9. 9

Whisk the soup and soup mix together until smooth.

  10. 10

Pour and spread the creamy soup mixture evenly over the top of the turkey wings.

  11. 11

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.

  12. 12

Bake in a preheated oven at 3750F (1900C) for 3 hours.

  13. 13

After baking, let it rest for a few minutes before serving. The turkey should be tender and falling off the bone.

  14. 14

Serve the turkey wings over mashed potatoes and spoon the gravy from the pan over the top. Enjoy with a side of vegetables.
