Thai Shrimp Fried Rice

Dice 1/2 medium yellow onion.

Mince 2 cloves of garlic.

Chop 3 stalks of scallions.

Slice the cucumber for garnish.

Slice 1 small red chili pepper for the sauce.

Cut the lime into wedges.

Heat a wok over high heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.

Add the diced onion and stir-fry for about 10 seconds.
